Service terms
By scheduling service with Plumbing Paramedic 911, LLC, you agree to the following:
- Quotes are provided in writing before any work begins. The quoted price is the final price unless we discover hidden conditions, in which case we will stop, explain, and re-quote before continuing.
- Payment is due on completion of work for cash, check, and card transactions. Financed jobs are governed by the financing agreement signed at the time of service.
- Warranty: every repair and installation carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labor from the date of service. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship and the parts we provided. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unrelated future failures, or work performed by others on the same system after our visit.
- Access: you authorize Plumbing Paramedic 911 staff to access the work area at the time of the appointment.
- Permits: where municipal permits are required, we pull the permit at our standard rate; the permit fee is your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
Plumbing Paramedic 911, LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
