"You break it, you fix it" — fixtures that have already failed
The most common emergency call we get on a fixture: a homeowner tried to swap a toilet or kitchen faucet, hit a frozen shut-off valve, broke it off, and water is now spraying. Don't panic — shut off the main, call us, we'll have the right shut-off valve and angle stops on the truck. We can usually clean up a DIY fail, install the new fixture, and have you back to running water in under two hours.
What's included with every install
- Removal and disposal of the old fixture
- New supply lines, valves, and wax rings (toilets) or flanges as needed
- Code-compliant connections with quarter-turn shut-offs
- Pressure test and full functional check (drain, fill, water-tight)
- 2-year warranty on labor
When to repair, when to replace
A leaking faucet under 5 years old is almost always a $20 cartridge repair. Over 10 years, the seats and stems are worn and replacement makes more sense. Toilets that wobble usually need a new wax ring and flange repair. Garbage disposals that hum but don't spin can usually be unjammed for $89; if the motor is dead, replacement is the only option. We'll always tell you up-front which path is cheaper over the next 5 years.
