  • Outdoor spigots and hose bibs — frost-free replacement $149–$249, including soldered copper or PEX connection.

"You break it, you fix it" — fixtures that have already failed

The most common emergency call we get on a fixture: a homeowner tried to swap a toilet or kitchen faucet, hit a frozen shut-off valve, broke it off, and water is now spraying. Don't panic — shut off the main, call us, we'll have the right shut-off valve and angle stops on the truck. We can usually clean up a DIY fail, install the new fixture, and have you back to running water in under two hours.

What's included with every install

  • Removal and disposal of the old fixture
  • New supply lines, valves, and wax rings (toilets) or flanges as needed
  • Code-compliant connections with quarter-turn shut-offs
  • Pressure test and full functional check (drain, fill, water-tight)
  • 2-year warranty on labor

When to repair, when to replace

A leaking faucet under 5 years old is almost always a $20 cartridge repair. Over 10 years, the seats and stems are worn and replacement makes more sense. Toilets that wobble usually need a new wax ring and flange repair. Garbage disposals that hum but don't spin can usually be unjammed for $89; if the motor is dead, replacement is the only option. We'll always tell you up-front which path is cheaper over the next 5 years.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about this service

Installation of a customer-supplied kitchen faucet is $129 to $199 flat-rate. If you'd like us to supply the faucet, mid-range models add $99 to $299 depending on brand and style.
Like-for-like toilet replacement is $249 to $449 installed. That includes the new bowl/tank assembly (standard height or comfort height), new wax ring, new supply line, new fill valve, and disposal of the old toilet.
A rocking toilet means the toilet isn't sitting flush on the floor — usually because the closet flange is broken or set too low. Left long enough, water will leak under the toilet, rotting the subfloor. The fix is to lift the toilet, repair the flange, and reset on a new wax ring.
Yes. We install your fixture (faucet, toilet, sink, disposal, etc.) for the flat install price. We don't warranty manufacturer defects on customer-supplied parts — only our installation workmanship — but standard 2-year labor warranty applies.
A constant drip is almost always a worn cartridge or O-ring. If your faucet is under 5 years old and a quality brand (Moen, Delta, Kohler), repair is $89 to $169 and lasts. Older or low-end faucets often make more sense to replace.
Yes. Both add-on bidet seats (which connect to the existing water supply, $129 install) and standalone bidet fixtures (full install $349–$699). Heated and electronic models welcome.
