What's different about commercial work
Commercial plumbing has different rules: higher-volume fixtures, stricter code compliance (especially for grease, backflow, and gas), and downtime is expensive. We schedule service outside business hours when possible to avoid disrupting your operation; for emergencies, we treat commercial calls with the same 24/7 urgency as residential โ often higher, since a backed-up restaurant kitchen costs $1,000+ per hour in lost service.
Services on offer
- Grease trap pumping, cleaning, and replacement โ restaurant-required intervals, manifest-tracked disposal
- Commercial water heaters โ gas, electric, and tankless; 75โ199-gallon capacity
- Backflow testing and repair โ annual, with paperwork filed to your utility
- Drain and sewer service โ main-line clearing, hydro jetting, camera inspection
- Repipes and re-routes โ copper, PEX, CPVC, galvanized replacement
- Fixture replacement โ commercial-grade faucets, flushometers, urinals, ADA-compliant fixtures
- Gas-line install and repair โ for kitchen appliances, water heaters, boilers
- Preventive maintenance contracts โ quarterly or annual inspection on a fixed schedule
Pricing and billing
Commercial work is quoted on-site after inspection. We use the same flat-rate, written-quote-before-work-starts policy as on residential, but we can also bill against open POs for property management companies and offer monthly statements for recurring service contracts. Net-30 terms available for established accounts.
