Eric Callaway, SC Master Plumber
Eric Callaway started in the plumbing trade in 1996 — apprenticing, learning the craft, eventually earning his South Carolina Master Plumber license. In 2015, he founded Plumbing Paramedic 911 in Abbeville. The shop has been at 13 Callaway Drive ever since.
The "911" in the name is intentional. From day one, the company has been organized around the idea that plumbing emergencies don't wait — and a real human, with real licensure, should be on the other end of the phone when something goes wrong at 2 AM. There's no answering service. You call (864) 446-8911 and you reach someone who can dispatch.
What we believe
- Pricing should be transparent before we arrive. The traditional plumbing industry asks you to take it on faith — wait for a truck to show up, then wait for a verbal quote. We publish flat-rate prices online and confirm them in writing before any work begins.
- Diagnostic shouldn't be a separate line item. We don't charge a "trip fee" on top of the repair. The quoted price is what you pay.
- Quality should be warrantied. Every repair and installation carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labor. If it's not right, we come back and fix it at no charge.
- Honesty about scope. If we find something hidden mid-job (extra leak behind a wall, rotted subfloor, a second issue upstream), we stop, explain, and re-quote before continuing.

The team
Plumbing Paramedic 911 is family-run. Eric leads the shop. Blake and Dylan — Eric's sons — work alongside him and represent the next generation of plumbers being trained the right way: apprenticing, learning code, taking pride in clean work.

We service eight cities in Upstate South Carolina from our Abbeville shop: Abbeville, Greenwood, Anderson, Laurens, McCormick, Ninety Six, Calhoun Falls, and Due West — plus surrounding small towns and rural areas.
