What Jobs Qualify for Financing

We offer in-house financing on larger plumbing jobs where the cost creates real financial strain. Typical qualifying jobs:

• Water heater replacement — tank or tankless, $800 to $3,000
• Sewer line repair or replacement — $3,500 to $12,000
• Whole-home repipe (polybutylene or galvanized replacement) — $4,000 to $15,000
• Well pump replacement — $1,500 to $3,500
• Slab leak repair — $1,500 to $5,000
• Bathroom remodel plumbing — $2,000 to $8,000
• Commercial plumbing projects — case by case

Smaller emergency repairs and standard service calls are typically paid in full at completion — we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How In-House Financing Works

Step 1: Get a firm quote

We come out, diagnose the problem, and give you a firm written Good / Better / Best quote. No mystery numbers.

Step 2: Apply

Tell us you want to finance the job. We'll walk you through a simple application — takes about 10 minutes. We work with you based on your situation rather than just a credit score.

Step 3: Get approved and schedule the work

Once approved, we schedule the work and get started. You pay in manageable installments on terms we agree to upfront.

Why In-House Matters

A lot of plumbers push you toward third-party financing companies like Synchrony, Greensky, or Wells Fargo Home Projects. Those are fine options for some customers, but they have three problems:

1. Hard credit checks that affect your credit score
2. High interest rates after the promotional period ends — often 29.99% APR
3. No flexibility if your circumstances change

In-house financing means we work with you directly. If you lose a job, get sick, or have an unexpected expense, we can talk about it. You're not dealing with a faceless collections department.
